Twitter much anticipated threaded conversation feature is now finally making its way to the public, albeit a new beta app called ‘ Twttr’.
Twitter uses the beta app in order to test the latest features with a wider audience in a threaded way making the conversations less chaotic on the huge platform.
On Twitter, as more public interacts with a given tweet, in addition to this replies are displayed indented, making it look visually comprehensible. replied from the real Twitter are shadowed in black, while the rest are displayed in blue to differentiate easily.
The latest design also removed engagement counts to thwart encouragement of bad tweets. unless you tap on a response, you would not be able to see how many retweets or like it has got. It even hides some replied which are abusive, deemed or spam.’
Twitter states it will continue testing its new feature in Twitter to collect feedback before releasing big changes globally. Once the latest feature on the Twitter platform gets good and positive feedback. it will be soon released on the main app globally.
