Tunisha Sharma suicide case: Yesterday, on December 28, the Vasai court granted a two-day extension for Sheezan Khan’s police custody. Apart from it, the police also provided updates on the progress of their ongoing investigation.
According to reports by ANI, the police discovered Sheezan’s conversations with a “secret girlfriend” during their investigation. It is alleged that Sheezan had a lengthy conversation with this individual for two hours on the day of Tunisha’s death (December 24).
The police reportedly seized three mobile phones, including two iPhones, as part of their investigation into the case. Here’s the full report.

The police stated that they retrieved Sheezan’s chats with Tunisha, her mother, and his mother from his phone that they had seized earlier.

It was previously reported that there was nothing suspicious found in the exchanges of chats between Sheezan and the deceased Tunisha.
Following yesterday’s hearing, the Waliv police summoned Tunisha’s mother Vanita Sharma, her uncle Pawan Sharma, and her driver to give their statements today (December 29).
As part of the investigation, the police took Sheezan to the set of ‘Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul’ where Tunisha was found hanging. Tunisha died by suicide in the makeup room of Sheezan.
She had shared a behind-the-scenes video of getting ready for a shot 5 hours prior to taking this shocking decision. Tunisha’s mother accused Sheezan of promising to marry her and then cheating on her.

However, Sheezan’s lawyer argued that the police have found no evidence of wrongdoing and suggested that the police should also investigate Tunisha’s life before she and Sheezan started their relationship.
Tunisha and Sheezan met three months ago on the set of Alibaba and then were in a relationship, but they broke up two weeks before Tunisha’s death.
