‘Tunisha Sharma’s Family Wants To Sensationalise The Matter’, says Sheezan Khan’s Lawyer

The lawyer of Sheezan Khan claimed that he is being falsely accused, and the issue has been blown out of proportion following the new accusations presented by Tunisha Sharma's mother. On Monday, the attorney stated that Tunisha's family is lying to the court and is attempting to exploit the circumstance by talking to news outlets.

Shailendra, Sheezan's lawyer, denied the allegations made by Tunisha's family, claiming they are "false, baseless, manipulated, and misleading". He further stated that they are trying to set a narrative being in the public domain by visiting various media channels before the bail hearing to cover up their mistakes, which were exposed by Sheezan's bail application.

As reported by Times of India,Sheezan’s lawyer Shailendra denied all the allegations against him made by Tunisha’s family. He said the late actor’s family is ‘manipulating’ facts. “All these allegations levelled are studiedly false, baseless, manipulated and misleading and they (Tunisha’s side) who lied before the court stating we are in Chandigarh and High Court, are setting a narrative being in the public domain by visiting the studio to studio of all leading media channels, that too before bail hearing to cover up the lacunae as we have exposed them in our bail application and nothing more,” he said.

TUNISHA SHARMA’S MOM SAYS ‘IT COULD BE MURDER’

  ANI reported that according to her, the death of Tunisha could be a murder instead of suicide. Sheezan had taken Tunisha to a hospital farther away from the studio, rather than the one that was a mere five minutes away. She suggested that there should be an investigation to uncover what happened between Sheezan and Tunisha during those 15-20 minutes. She stated that if Sheezan had taken Tunisha to the closer hospital, Tunisha would still be alive since she was still breathing.

Sheezan is being held in judicial custody after Tunisha's mother reported him for assisting in her suicide. Tunisha tragically passed away on the set of her show, Ali Baba: Daastan-E-Kabul, on December 24 of last year, at the age of 20.
