Toyota to build Japan’s next moon rover


Toyota, automobile maker is associating with the Japanese Space Agency to realize its space dreams. The Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and Toyota are collaborating to create an advanced moon rover.

As per the latest tech news, the carmaker will help build the self-driving rover with the pressure coming to the moon surface in 2029.

It will be able to carry two humans for a distance of 10,000 kilometers using solar power and Toyota’s fuel cell technology.

In the shape of two minibusses, it will be designed with a habitable space of 13 square meters, allowing onboard astronauts to take their space suits in the vehicle during the exploration.

In the initial stage, the rover will land first and when they arrive, meet the human expedition team.
