In a very shocking and heartbreaking way, the Vice Chairman of Toyota Kirloskar left the world. As per the sources, he died due to a heart attack.
The sad news has been confirmed by Toyota itself on its social media platform. It states, “We are extremely saddened to inform the untimely demise of Mr. Vikram S. Kirloskar, Vice Chairman, Toyota Kirloskar Motor on 29th November 2022.”

Further in the statement, Toyota expressed its deepest condolences for the loss. The Executive Chairperson of Biocon Biologics, Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, has also shared the pain from the sudden demise of Toyota’s Vice Chairman in India.

The last respect to Mr. Kirloskar will be paid today at Hebbal Crematorium in Bengaluru around 1 pm.
His demise is shocking to the world as recently he launched the new Toyota Innova Hycross at an event in Mumbai. He also defined the company’s strategy for the market and its goal to reduce carbon emissions.
Mr. Kirloskar was survived by his wife Geetanjali and daughter Manasi. He was an engineering graduate from MIT. Mr. Kirloskar started his career in the manufacturing and automobile industry. He was the Vice Chairman of Toyota Kirloskar Group.
