Toyota Camry: Japanese car manufacturer Toyota is going to launch its new Camry Hybrid Facelift in India soon. According to the information revealed, the new version of the Toyota Camry can be launched in India during an event on December 11. This will be the facelift version of Camry which will come with a completely new interior. The design of the Toyota Camry can be like Lexus. In the Indian market, this car has been playing a big role in the hybrid car segment for the last few years.
The new Toyota Camry can be assembled in India like the previous version, which can be purchased in a powerful hybrid version. This car can be introduced with updated features and specifications compared to the previous version. Toyota Camry will enter with a sharper look than before. Along with this, due to the new bumper design, this car is expected to be slightly larger than the current Camry Hybrid.
Toyota Camry: Design and Features
Camry is a refreshed version of its old model. It has a sharper and more modern exterior design than before. Major changes are also seen in the interior, which includes a modern dashboard. Its features include a standard 8-inch touchscreen system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, a small digital screen in the instrument cluster.
At the same time, the top variant has a 12.3-inch touchscreen system and a 12.3-inch fully digital unit. Other global-spec features include a 9-speaker JBL audio system, ventilated seats, 360-degree camera, Toyota Sense 3.0 security service, and 500 liters of boot space.
Toyota Camry: Powertrain
The US-spec 2025 Camry gets two hybrid powertrain options. Front-wheel-drive (FWD) model – It has a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder petrol engine paired with two electric motors. This setup gives a combined power of 225 hp. The second all-wheel-drive (AWD) version – also adds a third electric motor, which increases power to 232 hp.
A CVT automatic transmission is standard on both variants. In India, the 2025 Camry will be offered only with the FWD setup, while the AWD configuration will be dropped.
Toyota Camry: Price
Currently, the Camry Hybrid is priced at Rs 46.20 lakh (ex-showroom). The price of the upcoming 2025 model is also likely to increase, making it more premium. The launch of this new Toyota Camry is expected to set new benchmarks in the sedan segment.
