On social media, people can upload or say whatever they want. You can find molestation videos, rape videos, etc openly post on facebook and youtube. This increase hatred and also give poor ideas to people and brainwash their mind.

Hey @DDIworld, this person is working with you. Do you support his views? He advocates rape and murder of Muslims and wants them to sell their daughters. I want to know what you'll do about it or are you cool with it? pic.twitter.com/IszG9eqZLM

Hey @LinkedIn, one of your member Ashish Kaul, is promoting crimes against women (rape, slavery, killing) and has shown extreme hatred towards one particular religious community. I hope you would stop managing his professional identity. Thank you.#Kashmir pic.twitter.com/8PgSrkzQ4s

DDI World is an international firm, which provides Leadership Tools to companies around the world. This company looked at the users and fired Ashish Kaul from the job. DDI World gave this information on its website.
On 11th May, DDI was informed that an employee working as a consultant in India is calling the social media an offense against the residents of the Kashmir region.
We’re sad to read posts. This is not part of our Missions and Values. We immediately removed the employee from the job and started investigating this whole matter.
The employee’s views are his own and there is no connection with the company. DDI believes in solving any problem in a peaceful manner.
