Tata Motors is going to launch its new TATA CURVV SUV in India today. It was being awaited for a long time. The company will introduce the new CURVV in petrol and EV versions. This is the exterior design
Talking about the exterior design of Tata Motors, the same design elements as the Nexon EV can be seen in it. The front of the Curve EV will have a closed-off grille and connected LED DRLs with welcome and goodbye animations. Along with this, the front bumper has vertical slats, as you have seen in the Nexon ev. The Curve has flush-type door handles, which is a first-time feature for Tata cars. It has alloy wheels and a sloping roof that highlight its SUV-coupe nature.
The interior of the TATA CURVV SUV is quite luxurious
Tata Motors has not yet given much information about what features will be in the Curvv, but some pictures and videos have shown us some special features. The TATA CURVV SUV will have features like a panoramic sunroof, level-2 Adidas, a 10.25-inch device cluster, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, ambient lighting, and an auto-dimming internal rear view mirror.
Apart from this, this car will have many other features that are usually found in mid-size TATA CURVV SUVs, such as a start-stop button, keyless door opening, audio and cruise control buttons on the steering wheel, and automatic climate control.
For the safety of the passengers, it has features like six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), a 360-degree camera, and an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) including adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist and forward collision warning.
How will the powertrain be?
The details of the powertrain of Tata Curve EV have not been revealed yet, but this car uses Tata’s new Acti.ev platform, which claims to give it a range of 300 to 600 km. It will also have the option of fast charging. And there can be an option of two battery packs in it. It will be based on Tata’s new Acti.ev platform. V2L and V2V functions can be seen in Tata Curve EV.
How much will it cost?
However, its price will be revealed only in today’s launch. But there is a possibility that the company can fix its price between Rs 18 to 20 lakh (ex-showroom).
