Kiara Advani once mentioned that her MS Dhoni : The Untold Story co-star Sushant Singh Rajput was an ‘insomniac’ who slept for only two hours every night. She revealed this during a talk show and further explained how he was still full of energy on the sets.

During her conversation with YouTuber Kiara Advani, She mentioned that he suffered from insomnia. She then went on to explain that the human body only needs two hours of sleep, even if the person is sleeping for seven or eight hours. According to her, during the remaining hours of sleep, the body might be unconscious but the mind remains active.

She kept talking and said, “He said he only needed two hours of sleep and I was shocked. I asked him how he could do that and he seemed full of energy on set the next day. It seemed to be the way he was made, which was really amazing.”

Kiara Shared Close Bond with Sushant

Kiara had a close bond with Sushant Singh Rajput in their second movie, ‘MS Dhoni’. She portrayed his partner and spouse in the movie. Upon learning of his death, the actress tweeted in sorrow, “Deeply grieved. My sympathies are with Sushant’s family at this difficult time.

The sudden passing of Sushant Singh Rajput left the movie industry in shock when it was announced on June 14, 2020. He had become a household name due to his roles on the show Pavitra Rishta, produced by Ekta Kapoor, and his transition to the big screen with the hit movie Kai Po Che, directed by Abhishek Kapoor.

He went on to star in a number of commercially successful films, including Shuddh Desi Romance, PK and Byomkesh Bakshi, with his career’s greatest success being the biopic MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. His last role came with the posthumously released adaptation of The Fault in Our Stars, Dil Bechara.
