There has been news for some time regarding the processor in this phone series to power it. Earlier news was coming that the company is going to use Samsung’s own Exynos processor in it. That means the company is going to use its in-house Exynos chipset in Samsung Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra. But now according to a website report, Galaxy S25 may get a flagship MediaTek chipset.
Display and design of Samsung Galaxy S25 series
- An increase can be seen in the display of all variants of the Galaxy S25 series. Currently, the Galaxy S25 and S25+ come with a 6.2-inch and 6.7-inch display respectively. LTPO Dynamic AMOLED 2X display can be given in all variants of Galaxy S25 series.

As for the chipset, it is expected to have an Exynos 2500 processor yet, the company is going to put the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset in the Galaxy S25 series at the global position.
