Spain: On Thursday, 440 people died in Spain from the Covid-19. A sudden rise for the third day, reaching to 22,157 death cases.

After the USA and Italy, the country is considered to be the third-highest number of deaths from the Coronavirus across the globe. Moreover, then the number of positive cases is more 213,000 in Spain.

According to Spanish health officials, on April 20, the epidemic was on the high peak because 950 people died in 24 hours. On April 23, the Spain government imposed a strict lockdown to break the chain of novel Coronavirus.

On a news conference, Health Minister Salvador said,

“We have achieved the goal of deceleration and slowdown for this week but we remain in a hard phase of the epidemic.”

On Wednesday, Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez told the assembly that he wished Spain Could begin to its restrictions during the second half of May, but warned that “de-escalation will be slow.”
