Sonu has recieved Speical Humanitarian Action Award from UNDP for his amazing work for humanity. But locals of Dubba Tanda Village (Telangana) has honored him in a unique way.
Undoubtedly, he deserves to be honored because whether it’s about sending migrants to home, or feeding the hungry, Sonu Sood has came as a biggest help for common people during lockdown. The “Dabaang” actor’s philanthropy work has won million hearts this year multi folding his fan following.

Sonu Receives A Unique Honor By The Fans
Locals of Dubba Tanda has build a temple and installed his statue as God. Not only this, women from the village have also worshipped statue of Sonu by singing aarti and traditional folk songs.

It’s in Kolar, Karnataka and is famous for the tallest Shivalinga of Asia. There are many more sihvalingas in the temple but the one which grabs everyone attention is ‘Sahasra Lingam’ devoted to Rajnikanth.

Thanjavur is a city of art and architecture. There are many beautifully carved temple around the city but the one that grabs everyone’s attention is ” Puratchi Thalaivi Amma Alayam.”
It is a temple dedicated to Amma aka Late TN’s CM J Jaylalitha. She was popular among her party AIADMK as well. It’s small 150 square feet temple having a bronze statue of Amma and showcase the life of Amma in pictures all around the temple.
Party members have also installed a temple with a single stone shrine of Amma that weighs 8 tonnes. This is located in Ganesapuram of Coimbatore for which Amma had started many welfare schemes.
This is not it, even Sachin Tendulkar, Sonia Gandhi, Mahatma Gandhi, and Narendra Modi have a temple where they are worshipped as a deity.
