Sonu has recieved Speical Humanitarian Action Award from UNDP for his amazing work for humanity. But locals of Dubba Tanda Village (Telangana) has honored him in a unique way.
Undoubtedly, he deserves to be honored because whether it's about sending migrants to home, or feeding the hungry, Sonu Sood has came as a biggest help for common people during lockdown. The "Dabaang" actor's philanthropy work has won million hearts this year multi folding his fan following.

Locals of Dubba Tanda has build a temple and installed his statue as God. Not only this, women from the village have also worshipped statue of Sonu by singing aarti and traditional folk songs.
