It was reported by IndexTap.com that on December 29, 2022, Sonam Kapoor’s apartment at BKC, Mumbai was purchased by SMF Infrastructure Pvt Ltd for a stamp duty of Rs 1.95 crore. The flat situated near the sought-after Bandra Kurla Complex has a built-up area of 5,533 sq. ft on the third floor, with four parking slots.

Sonam bought this apartment in 2015 for about Rs. 17 crores, but has since sold it for Rs. 32 crore. Featuring a deck that overlooks the sea, the building is complete with a double height entrance lobby, a Signature concierge service, an indoor temperature-controlled swimming pool, a health club, a state-of-the-art gym, a mini theatre, and a multipurpose hall.
