Sharad Powar Reiterated ‘We Don’t Wrestle With Kids’ In Response To Fadanavis’s Spur About Weak Opposition

History can testify that whenever Elections knock on our door, the verbal diarrhoea of political leaders takes a top-notch.
If they’d rather put even half the efforts that they put in writing their speeches, in doing what the public chose them for, India would’ve been in a better place.

Anyway, the recent blitzkrieg took place between NCP Chief Sharad Powar and Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis, ahead of the Maharashtra Assembly Polls.

Apparently, Fadnavis addressing a rally blabbered about a weak opposition claiming, “There’s no wrestler to fight.”
This is what typically called ‘heights of over-confidence’

Anyway, moving forward, we didn’t expect this wouldn’t spark any controversy and we were right in doing so because NCP chief Sharad Powar took it rather personally! *Wink*

Addressing a campaign rally at Ambejogai in Beed district, he said:

“The chief minister says their wrestler is in the poll battle but there is no wrestler from the opposition in sight. All I want to say is, we don’t fight with kids.” *Savage Powar*

Further, he added:

“There is this organisation called Maharashtra State Wrestling Association, and its president’s name is Sharad Pawar. I stand behind all the wrestlers, and he is telling us about wrestlers.”

He further took a jibe at BJP stating if the opposition is weak, then why Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath are holding rallies in the state.

Well, we hope BJP doesn’t take its second-term as granted because if the public can make you King, it can also make you go back to being…well whatever you were before that!
*Coz Democracy, Bi@ch!*
