Over the brutal defeat of Australia against England, Shane Warne had no other choice but to express his shock on social media over the match results. It was the third ODI on Wednesday morning.
In front of a mammoth total of England’s 481/6, Australia was tumbled down on a score of only 239 runs. England absolutely crushed Australia, beating their own world record by 37 runs.
The 48-year old spin master wrote in a tweet after the match, ‘Just woke up to the score in England. What the hell happened over there and what is going on boys? Gulp.’

David Hussey was also very disappointed with the harsh defeat of Australia and he wrote, ‘Oh dear! Not a good scorecard to wake up to if you’re an Aussie,’ added former Aussie International David Hussey in a tweet.

With such a defeat which couldn’t be handled by former Australian captain, Michael Clark was speechless and tweeted:

Australian captain in the match won the toss and chose to bowl first which proved to be a disaster and England challenged a mountain like a total after a roaring start at the Trent Bridge field. There were centuries from Jonny Bairstow (139) and Alex Hales (147), plus a quick-fire 21-ball half-century from Eoin Morgan.
It is been a series of back-to-back ODI series defeat against England for the first time in 41 years. The Australians in their run chase bent their knees on a good batting track. Except for Barring Travis Head who made 51 odd runs, no other Aussie batsmen could put a strong fight.
England vanquished them by a record 242 runs in the third ODI to take an undeniable 3-0 lead in the five-match series at Trent Bridge.
