Kartik Aaryan, a Bollywood star, has taken Shahid Kapoor’s luxurious, sea-view apartment in Juhu, Mumbai on rent for three years. The actor will be shelling out a whopping Rs 7.5 lakh per month as rent.
The house is spread out over 3,681 square feet in the ground floor and basement, with two parking spots in the compound. The agreement states that the rent amount will rise by 7% every year.

Kartik Aryan Has to Pay Rs 8.02 lakh
Thus, Aaryan would pay Rs 8.02 lakh in 2024 and Rs 8.58 lakh in 2025 for the luxurious residence. The ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ star has made a security deposit of Rs 45 lakh as a part of the deal. The three-year lease contract has been signed between Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Rajput and the landlord.

Shahid Kapoor and his family, wife Mira and kids Misha and Zain, initially lived in a Juhu apartment. However, in September 2022, the ‘Kabir Singh’ star moved to a grand duplex in Bandra-Worli sea link.

Reportedly, the actor spent a whopping Rs 58 crore to acquire the abode, which provides an exquisite view to its owners. The main reason for the shift was to guarantee the safety and seclusion of his kids.

At the moment, Kartik Aaryan is residing with his family in Juhu, Mumbai. Over the past few months, he has been searching for a house that meets his requirements. But finally, he has located a place which he feels is suitable to be his ‘HOME.’

Kartk Aryan’s Upcoming Movie : Shehzada
Kartik Aaryan will be seen in the upcoming motion picture ‘Shehzada’, which he also co-produces. The release date of the movie is set for February 10, 2023. Furthermore, he will also star in ‘Ashiqui 3’, ‘Satyaprem ki Katha’ and a project helmed by director Kabir Khan (title not yet revealed).
