The actor has welcomed ‘Paglait’ star Sanya Malhotra and ’Dangal’ fame, Fatima Shaikh, on a special occasion. The Director of Sam Bahadur movie Meghana Gulzar is celebrating her birthday today.

The trio will work together for a real-life story of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw. Sanya and Fatima will be seen in the pivotal roles of Siloo Manekshaw and Indira Gandhi respectively. Vicky Kaushal will get into the character of Sam Bahadur.

The movie will be a biopic rather than recreating the 1971 Liberation War. Sam Bahadur was one of the heroes that brought a historic win. He was the chief of the Indian Army and the first to be leveled up to the post of Field Marshal.

All the three actors have talked about their role and how does it feel to be a part of a heroic personality. It’s a big deal for Fatima as Lara Dutta, Navni Parihar, Suchitra Sen, and many more actresses have brought Indira Gandhi live on-screen before her.
