It is said to have up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and storage options ranging from 256GB to 1TB. It is expected to have a 5,500mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging and 15W wireless charging.

The report suggests that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will have an improved streamline design with a thin body, sharp corners, and thin bezels. Like the S24 Ultra, it is also expected to have a titanium frame and a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with an adjustable refresh rate of 120 Hz.
