- Design – The report shows that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will have an improved streamlined design with a thin body, sharp corners, and thin bezels. Like the S24 Ultra, it is expected to have a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a titanium frame and an adjustable refresh rate of 120 Hz.
- Camera – The upcoming flagship phone will get many new camera features with a 200MP primary sensor and improved AI processing. This feature will perform better in low light. It will get better portrait and AI-powered night mode. The phone will get a 12MP ultra-wide sensor and two telephoto lenses. One of which will be with 3x optical zoom and the other with 10x optical zoom. Samsung is also aiming to enhance its 100x Space Zoom technology to do better stable zoom in it than before. Maybe it will be found in this too.
- Specification (Expected) – The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will be introduced with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor in the US and India. While it can enter Europe with an Exynos 2500 chipset. It is said to have up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and storage options ranging from 256GB to 1TB. It is expected to have a 5,500mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging and 15W wireless charging.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is scheduled to be launched at Samsung’s annual Unpacked event in February 2025. It will be available in India by March 2025. The base variant of the phone can be priced at around Rs 1,20,000.
