Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra can be launched on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset built on 3nm fabrication. This processor has been seen in smartphones like OnePlus 13, Xiaomi 15, iQOO 13 and Realme GT 7 Pro. At the same time, the Exynos 2500 processor can be found in Galaxy S25 and S25 + smartphones.
3- Memory
It can be assumed that all three models of the series will be launched with 12GB RAM and 16GB RAM. The base variant of the smallest model can start with 128GB storage and the top variant of the largest model can have 1TB storage.

The Galaxy S25 can have a 6.2-inch screen, the Galaxy S25 Plus can have a 6.7-inch screen and the Galaxy S25 Ultra can have a 6.86-inch screen. These upcoming smartphones from Samsung are expected to get a Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2x punch-hole screen, which will also have QHD + resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, high brightness and in-display fingerprint sensor.

The S25 Ultra will have a quad rear camera setup, which will have a 200MP main sensor, 50MP ultrawide, 50MP periscope and 10MP telephoto lens. At the same time, the S25 and S25 Plus will have a 50MP main camera and a 12MP selfie camera in the front.

We will also get to see a big and powerful battery in the upcoming Galaxy A25 Ultra. At present the mAh power has not been confirmed but we can expect that this mobile will support at least 5,500 mAh battery. And it can be a silicon carbon battery.
