A survey request has been submitted to the Supreme Court in regard to its October 17 choice denying lawful acknowledgment to same-sex relationships. The request has been recorded by applicant Udit Sood with the Zenith Court Library.
Last month, a five-judge constitution bench, headed by Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud, refused to provide legal recognition to same-sex marriage.
