Royal Enfield has launched the new Royal Enfield Scram 440 motorcycle in the Indian market, with an initial ex-showroom price of Rs 2.08 lakh. The company has launched its 2 variants Trail and Force, out of which Force has been priced at Rs 2.15 lakh.

The only difference between these two is the wire spoke wheel and alloy wheel. The company was selling Scram 411 in India till now, with the new Scram 440, the company has added a strong option to this range. This bike looks very powerful and new technology has also been given with it. However, the rest of the bike is the same as Scram 411.

Talking about the design of the bike, there will not be much change in it. However, cosmetic changes will be seen, this bike will be introduced with a new paint scheme. This bike will be available for sale in 5 new color options Force Teal, Force Blue, Force Gray, Trail Green and Trail Blue.

How powerful is the bike

Royal Enfield Scram 440

The Royal Enfield Scram 440 may look similar to the Scram 411, but it has a 443cc single-cylinder engine. This powerful engine is 3mm larger and 81mm wider than before. It generates 4.5 percent more power and 8.5 more torque than the existing engine. Overall, this engine, which comes with a 6-speed gearbox, generates 25.4 bhp power at 6250 rpm and 34 Nm peak torque at 4000 rpm.

The new Scram has a 443cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, which generates 25.4bhp power and 34Nm torque. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

The new engine has a 3mm larger bore which helps in producing 4.5 percent more power and 6.5 percent more torque.

All these parts have been taken from the existing bike. The company has now provided a USB Type-A charger with this bike. Apart from this, trip pod navigation and other features have been provided in Royal Enfield Scram 440. The company is going to launch this new motorcycle in 2 variants.
