Bollywood actor, producer, and director Rajiv Kapoor took his last breath today. Reportedly, he suffered a massive cardiac arrest at his residence on Tuesday following which he was admitted to the hospital where doctors declared him dead.
Confirming the news of his death, Randhir Kapoor told Times of India, ‘I have lost my youngest brother, Rajiv. He is no more. The doctors tried their best but could not save him. I am at the hospital, waiting for his body.’
The actor made his Bollywood debut in the 1983 movie Aa Ab Laut Chalein. Actress Neetu Kapoor, took to her Instagram to confirm the demise of Rajiv Kapoor. She shared a photo of the late actor and wrote RIP in the caption.

He was the youngest son of the renowned actor Raj Kapoor. Unfortunately, the Kapoor family lost Rishi Kapoor last year due to leukemia. The demise of Rajiv Kapoor is another shock for the family.

Rajiv Kapoor was all set for a comeback in the Bollywood industry after 28 years. His upcoming movie Toolsidas Junior is expected to be released in 2021.
After the demise of the actor, Kapoor’s family soon gathered at the hospital to pay tribute to him. His last rites will be performed today.
