When you boil milk and then cool it, you get a cream layer on the top surface, also called malai. This malai(cream) layer is fully loaded with proteins, lactic acid, which is beneficial for your skin. It works as a great moisturizer, exfoliates the skin, and also helps in reducing sun damage. The chickpea flour, also called besan, has anti-inflammatory properties that are helpful to treat acne. Besan is full of antioxidants that help protect skin from free radicals that are the cause of pigments, dark spots, and fine lines.

Firstly you should use fresh cream, boil milk and then let it cool. Once it has cooled down, it will have a thick layer on it, scoop out the top layer of the milk, and take it in the bowl.
