Jamun Sherbet Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 gm jamun
- ½ tsp rock salt
- ½ tsp dry ginger powder
- ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chopped dry fruits
- Water as required
Instructions
- Firstly, wash the Jamun fruits, allow them to dry and then take out the pulp and discard the seeds.
- Secondly, refrigerate the pulp part for 2 hrs. to make the sherbet so that water can be added at room temperature.
- Thirdly, add sugar as required and blend the pulp mix with finely chopped dry fruits.
- Lastly, add water to blend.
- Pour in a glass and serve!
