You should increase the consumption of food items such as nuts, leafy greens, and eggs.

You need to take immediate action if you find a dark streak on your nail. This condition is called melanonychia and very common among people. It can happen due to a number of reasons such as fungal infections, inflammatory disorders, pregnancy, and trauma. It may over by itself, or you may need to take severe treatment.
