The actor has seen greeting filmmaker Karan Johar on Friday at the opening of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai, just a few days after Priyanka Chopra gave an explosive interview about being bullied in Bollywood and trying her luck abroad. While Kangana Ranaut stated in her most recent tweets that “everyone knows Karan Johar had banned Priyanka Chopra,” Priyanka had not named anyone.

A fan responded to the video by writing, “PC to Nick:” Yeah. Priyanka was shocked a lot this week when she told Dax Shepherd on his podcast Armchair Expert why she wanted to move to the west. She stated, “I was being forced into a corner in the Bollywood industry.” I was disqualified from castings, I disagreed with people, and I’m not good at playing politics, so I decided I needed a break.
This music thing gave me a chance to travel to a different part of the world without needing to watch movies I didn’t want to, but I would have to talk to certain clubs and groups of people. I had worked so long by that point that I didn’t feel like I wanted to do it because it would require groveling.
