An old tweet by Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra is going viral on social media after he was arrested for creating pornographic films. The tweet is about Porn vs Prostitution whereby Mr. Kundra asked how the two are different.

Mumbai Police Revealed Raj Kundra Was The Mastermind
The Crime Branch of Mumbai has taken him into custody regarding a case registered earlier this year. As per the reports, Mr. Kundra was the mastermind and has published at least eight such films via apps. Police have also arrested few more people, one of them is an executive of Kenrin, a production company in the UK.

Mr. Kundra is a key stakeholder in the company. Actor and model, Gehana Vasisth is also involved in the case for shooting all the videos via an app. The content was later released on the paid mobile applications.
Some more shocking truths have been revealed during the investigation.
It all started in 2019 when Raj Kundra invested in an app developing start-up Armsprime. He allegedly paid Rs 60 lacs for his first client Poonam Pandey. However, the contract lasted only a month due to issues over money and content.

Following which a criminal case was registered in the court. The company developed few more apps afterward for uploading obscene pictures of models one of them was Gehana Vasisth.
In February 2021, a case has been filed against the husband of Shilpa Shetty. As per the sources, one more FIR has been registered and around 9 people have been arrested so far in the case. They are booked under the IT and IPC act as per sections 420, 34, 292, and 293.
