A new 5G smartphone Poco C75 has arrived in the budget segment in the Indian market, which is priced at Rs 9,000, but in the launch offer you will be able to buy it for Rs 7,999. According to the company, this is the cheapest 5G phone in India. It will have specifications like 50MP dual rear camera setup, 6.88 inch display and 5160mAh battery. Apart from this, what is special in this phone.
Poco C75: Design
Talking about the design and build, the frame of the phone is made of polycarbonate and its back is also made of polycarbonate back material. Here you will get dual tone texture, matte finish is given with plain color in U shape on the top. Circular camera module is seen here.
At the same time, there is a full texture on the bottom side. This is called marble flow design. Fingerprints do not appear here while using the phone. There is only a single mic and a single speaker in it, yet its volume is quite loud. 150% volume boost is given here.
There is a Type-C charging port between the mic and the speaker and a full-size SIM slot is available. You can insert a micro SD card along with two SIMs. There is a 3.5mm jack on the top. You get IP52 rating here and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor is also provided, which is quite fast and its response is quite good. The smartphone has a flat display panel. The phone we have is of Enchanted Green color, apart from this there is also an option of Aqua Blue and Silver Stardust color.
Poco C75 Display
The phone has a 6.88-inch HD+ LCD display, which works at a refresh rate of 120Hz and has a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. Smoothness is good here. We have tried swipes and also checked the interface. We got an overall good response.
It has a water drop notch screen, but it would have been better if there was a punch hole and the chin is also of a decent size and along with this, it has also been given flicker free TUV blue light certification. It has a peak brightness of 600 nits. Outdoor visibility is quite decent for the price of Rs 10,000. There is no problem in its visibility even in heavy fog at full brightness. We have also watched a high definition movie on it, so if you want to consume multimedia on a big screen then this phone is perfect for that too.
Poco C75 Camera
Talking about the camera, it has a dual camera setup. It includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary lens. The special thing is that Sony lenses have been provided in the phone, which provide features like time-lapse, portrait mode and 10x zoom. With this you can shoot videos at 30FPS.
For selfie and video calling, you will get a 5 megapixel camera in the front. You can also shoot videos at 30FPS with this. The picture quality is good. The dynamic range is good. If I judge according to under ten thousand, then the overall camera quality is good. We took some photos of it which you can see. The picture quality is a bit poor at night, but it is fine for a price of Rs 10,000.
Poco C75 performance
For performance, it has a 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 4S Gen 2 chipset, which runs at a clock speed of 2.0GHz. Along with this, you get LPDDR4X RAM. You get an AnTuTu score of 3 lakh 70 thousand 326, which is good for under 10 thousand.
Poco C75 Battery
Talking about the battery, the budget friendly phone has a 5160mAh battery with 18W fast charging support, but as I told you earlier, a 10-watt charger is available with it. It will take 1 hour 40 minutes for the phone to charge from 0 to 100%, but the overall backup of the phone is quite good. That means once the phone is charged, you can use it for the whole day.
Poco C75 Other Features
Talking about network connectivity, it has seven 5G bands. But, currently only Jio SIM will have 5G support. Airtel will only have 4G support because it does not have NSA support. As soon as Airtel brings NSA support, 5G will also work in it. Apart from this, support for WiFi-5 and Bluetooth-5 is also available. For storage, the phone currently has only 64GB option, which can be expanded up to 1TB via micro SD card. The company can also offer it with more storage options later.
