At the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Friday, Punjab Kings (PBKS) posted the highest run chase in Twenty20 cricket and defeated Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) by eight wickets in the 2024 Indian Premier League (IPL).
With the victory, PBKS moved up to six points, surpassing Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2024 points table. KKR remained on 10 points, but PBKS had a higher net run rate.
