The list of those killed in this terrorist attack has been released. According to the Times of India, six tourists from Maharashtra have died and four people are seriously injured. Two foreigners are also among those killed in this terrorist attack.
Maharashtra Tourists Among Victims
By 8 pm, information was given about the tourists who died and their states. 6 people from Maharashtra have died in this attack. At the same time, many are injured. Santosh Jagdale and Kaustubh Ganbote of Pune, Dilip Desale, Atul Mone, Hemant Joshi of Panvel (Mumbai) and Sanjay Lele of Kalyan-Dombivali have died in this attack. At the same time, Manik Patel and S Bhalchandra Rao of Panvel are seriously injured, while Jagdale’s wife is also from Pune, who has been injured in this attack.
Apart from this, three members of the Rupchandani family of Nagpur have also been injured. The Times of India has confirmed that two relatives of Mone of Dombivali, Hemant Joshi and Sanjay Lele, have also been killed, all three are between 45 and 50 years of age. They had gone to Kashmir via Ahmedabad on Sunday with nine members of their family.
The terrorists were in police uniforms
During the attack in Pahalgam, the terrorists were wearing fake uniforms, so initially no tourist suspected them. But after a while, when they started firing at Hindu tourists after asking them for their identity, there was a stampede at the spot. The terrorists deliberately targeted those Hindu men who had come with their wives or families. The pictures and videos of this terrorist attack are very horrifying. SIB employee dies
A central government employee from Hyderabad died in the terrorist attack in Kashmir. Manish Ranjan was working as a section officer in the Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau (SIB) office located in Koti. The terrorists shot him in front of his wife and two children. The attackers did not spare the family, but targeted Manish after checking his ID card. Manish, originally from Bihar, was living in Hyderabad due to his job.
