The company has already launched this phone in China, and now the OnePlus 15 will launch in India on November 13th. Processor

The OnePlus series has long been recognized for its exceptional performance. The OnePlus 15 also delivers that performance. This smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. This is an octa-core mobile CPU based on a 3-nanometer architecture, clocking up to 4.6GHz. It's worth noting that the OnePlus 15 is the first phone in India to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.

It's worth noting that the OnePlus 13, powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, achieved an AnTuTu score of 2689,625 in 91Mobiles' testing. In Geekbench, it achieved a single-core benchmark score of 3049 and a multi-core benchmark score of 9280. Therefore, the upcoming OnePlus 15 5G is expected to offer even faster, smoother, and lag-free processing than the current OnePlus 13.

Memory

The OnePlus 13 5G was launched in India with 16GB of RAM, and its top variant comes with 512GB of storage. The OnePlus 15 smartphone may also be launched with 16GB of RAM, and it is expected that the top variant will offer 1TB of storage this time around. Talking about the photography segment, this time, after five years, the camera on OnePlus phones is going to be different. Until now, the company's number-series smartphones used Hasselblad cameras. This started with the OnePlus 9 and continued with the OnePlus 13. However, the OnePlus 15 will no longer feature a Hasselblad camera. The partnership between OnePlus and Hasselblad has ended, and the company is now using the OnePlus DetailMax engine in the new mobile.

For photography, the OnePlus 15 5G phone supports a triple-camera setup. It features a 50-megapixel Sony LYT700 main sensor on the back, a 50-megapixel 3.5x periscope telephoto lens, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera. For selfies and video calling, the phone has a 32-megapixel front camera.

The OnePlus 15 is built on an aluminum frame using the industry's first micro-arc oxidation treatment. The company claims it is 3.4 times stronger than raw aluminum and 1.5 times stronger than titanium. The phone is rated IP66 + IP68 + IP69 + IP69K, making it dust and water resistant, as well as spills like tea or oil.

The OnePlus 15 5G features a 6.78-inch 1.5K screen. This flat display is based on a third-generation BOE Flexible Orientation OLED panel. It supports a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 6000nits. For mobile gaming enthusiasts, this phone can deliver a 165Hz refresh rate while playing games. The phone also features an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
