KTM 390 Adventure 2025 – Design & Styling
New Platform & Design Upgrades: The new KTM 390 Adventure now comes with 21-inch front and 17-inch rear tubeless spoke wheels. Earlier it was in the setup of 19-17 inch alloy wheels. With this, this bike has now become more off-roading friendly. It has WP Apex USD forks suspension at the front,Which has the option of 200mm travel and 30-click compression and rebound adjustment. Talking about the rear suspension, a monoshock suspension with 205mm travel has been provided at the rear, which has 20-click rebound and 10-click preload adjustment.
KTM 390 Adventure – Performance & Engine Specs
The seat height of the new bike is now 830mm, which is lower than before. At the same time, the ground clearance has now become 227mm, which is more than the earlier 220mm. The weight of this bike has now increased from 177kg to 183kg. Its fuel tank remains the same at 14.5 liters as before.
398.6cc Engine with More Power & Torque: The new KTM 390 has a 398.6cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, which is capable of generating 45.3bhp power and 39Nm torque. This is 2.4bhp and 2Nm more than the previous model. It is also provided with 6-speed gearbox along with slipper clutch and quick shifter, which makes the riding experience smoother.

Compared to the outgoing model, the new KTM 390 is slimmer but has larger bodywork. The overall proportions are much more generous and the bike is more suited to taller riders. The overall design seems more Dakar inspired. The bike has a tall windscreen and vertically stacked dual LED projector lamps.
Advanced Rider Aids – ABS, Traction Control & More: The 2025 390 Adventure has a lot to offer in terms of features. It gets full-LED lighting with LED DRLs, 5-inch TFT screen, traction control, dual-channel ABS with Supermoto mode, cornering ABS and more as standard. The bike comes with three riding modes – Street, Rain and Off-Road.
