NEET UG 2025 Registration Closes Today; Correction Window Opens 9-11 March

Today is the last date to apply for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2025. Candidates can register by visiting the official website neet.nta.nic.in  According to the examination calendar of NEET UG 2025, this exam will be held on May 4 from 2 pm to 5 pm. Its registration started from 7 February.

  • Visit the official website neet.nta.nic.in.
  • Click on the ‘NEET(UG)-2025 Registration and Online Application’ link on the homepage.
  • A new page will appear.
  • Register yourself and fill in all the required credentials.
  • Pay the fee and click on submit.
  • Take a printout of your application form for future reference.

APAAR ID Not Required for NEET UG 2025 Registration

The National Testing Agency had issued a new guideline for NEET UG on January 26. It said that APAAR ID is not compulsory for the exam.  NTA had earlier released a notice on January 14, 2025 asking candidates to update their Aadhaar cards and link their AAPAR ID which was known as Academic Bank of Credits (ABC ID).

The exam pattern for NEET UG 2025 has been updated. NTA has confirmed that there will be no Section B in the exam. The question paper will follow the pre-COVID-19 pattern. This means candidates will face:

  • 180 compulsory questions in total
  • 45 questions each in Physics and Chemistry
  • 90 questions from Biology
  • The total duration of the exam will be 180 minutes (3 hours), which is the same as the pre-COVID format.
  • There will be no additional time allotted.
