It’s been almost two years since they get divorced. They didn’t even speak anything about each other in those years. However, in a recent interview, actor Naga Chaitanya made a shocking statement about his ex-wife Samantha that no one expected.

In a recent interview with ETimes, South Indian actor Naga Chaitanya talked about his ex-wife Samantha Ruth Prabhu. After their divorce, the audience were thinking that they will turn against each other, but it didn’t happen.
In the conversation, Chaitanya praised everything about Samantha. He said, “Yes. It has been more than two years since we separated and a year since we formally divorced. The court has granted us a divorce. Both of us have moved on with our lives. I have tremendous respect for that phase of my life.”
Naga continued, “Samantha is a lovely person and deserves all the happiness. It is only when the media speculates that things get awkward between us. In the public eye, that mutual respect is taken away. That’s what I feel bad about.”

Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya’s Work Front
Actor Naga Chaitanya has previously appeared in the Bollywood film ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ alongside Amir Khan and ‘Thank You’ alongside Raashi Khanna. After these movies, the actor is all set to return to theatres with a South Indian film ‘Custody’ alongside Krithi Shetty.
On the other hand, actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu appeared in the recently released film ‘Shaakuntalam.’ Apart from it, she will make her next appearance in the upcoming movie ‘Khushi’ and a web series ‘Citadel‘ alongside Varun Dhawan.
