And with her great administrative skills, strategic decisions, great fighting skills, and courage Tarabi saved the empire many times. One of the prominent battles she fought was against the Aurangzeb. She was held captive by the Mughal troops but she fled bribing one of their soldiers.

Without her, the Mughals would have destroyed the Maratha country. Praising her one of the prominent historians said, “Tarabai was the guiding force for the nation till 1707 and it was she who protected the country from crisis.”
