At the same time, the Meteorological Department issued a storm and rain alert in most of the districts of MP on Monday. Also, due to pre-monsoon activity, there will be thundershowers in some places.

Senior scientist of Bhopal, there is pre-monsoon activity due to western disturbance and cyclonic circulation. Due to this, two types of weather are being seen in the state. Somewhere there is heat and humidity, somewhere there is light rain with strong winds.
Storms and rain are occurring in many districts including Chhindwara, Pandhurna, Mandla, Seoni, Balaghat, and Betul in the southern part of the state. It rained in Chhindwara on Monday. There is a possibility of rain on Tuesday as well.

The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert for thunderstorms and rain in Betul, Pandhurna, Chhindwara, Seoni, Mandla, and Dindori on Tuesday. At the same time, there will be thunderstorm and lightning in Bhopal, Jabalpur, Katni, Panna, Neemuch, Mandsaur, Ratlam, Khargone, Khandwa, Burhanpur, Sehore, Tikamgarh, Sagar, Damoh, Narsinghpur, Umaria, Mauganj, Sidhi, Shahdol, Anuppur and Balaghat.
Monsoon will arrive by 16-17
It has reached many states of the country including Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Telangana. Meteorologists say that the branch of the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea will remain a little weak for the next two-three days. In such a situation, monsoon will be able to enter MP only by 16-17 June.
Sidhi is the hottest
Amid pre-monsoon activity, heat is also showing its effect in some places. Sidhi was the hottest on Monday. The temperature here was recorded at 45.2 degrees Celsius. Apart from this, Singrauli, Satna, Rewa, Shahdol, Tikamgarh, Khajuraho, Mandla, Khargone, and Narmadapuram are also among the hottest cities.
Monsoon will be fully active
The Meteorological Department has said that by June 17-18, the monsoon will fully enter Madhya Pradesh. Today, it has been raining intermittently in many parts of MP since morning. The branch of the Bay of Bengal will be active on June 17 and 18, after which the monsoon can reach Madhya Pradesh.
Before this, there is little hope of rain arriving in the state. The area of western disturbance, and cyclonic winds is active in the state right now. Due to this, the period of storm and rain continues in the state.
