Mercedes Benz EQS: German automaker Mercedes-Benz has launched the EQS electric SUV in India on 16 September.Mercedes-Benz has introduced it in a single variant, 580 4-Matic, which is priced at Rs 1.41 crore in India (ex-showroom pan-India).
The luxury car maker company claims that the car runs 809 km on a single full charge and it has been provided with features like multiple driver assistance systems for safety.The looks and highlights of the electric SUV are like the GLS SUV
Mercedes Benz EQS Design and Road Presence
The outside of the Mercedes-Benz EQS gets significantly less chrome than the Maybach EQS and also lacks Maybach’s special dual-tone paint scheme along with deep-dish alloy wheels. Talking about size, the car is equal to the Mercedes-Benz GLS, whose length is 5125mm, width 1959 mm and height 1718mm.

The Mercedes Benz EQS comes with different battery packs in the global market, but in India it is offered with a combination of dual motor and 122kWh battery pack. This setup generates power of 544 Hp and torque of 858Nm. The car has been given the option of all wheel drive powertrain.
The company claims that the car can accelerate from 0-100kmph in just 4.7 seconds and its top speed is 210 kph. The electric car runs 809 km on full charge. The battery pack can be charged from 10-80% in 31 minutes with a 200kW DC charger.
