On these allegations, FIR against Ritesh Sidhwani, Bhaumik Gondaliya, and Farhan Akhtar has been filed under IPC sections 295 A, 504, and 505. As a quick response to FIR, SC issued notice to both the producers and OTT platform.

BJP Secretary Vinod Sonkar has requested CM Yogi Adityanath to take action against the web series and has also appreciated Yogi’s due consideration to complaints against Tandav.

Talking about Tandav, producers have snipped the two controversial scenes from the series in response to the allegations. On the other hand, Bombay HC on Wednesday has granted a pre-arrest bail to the Ali Abbas Zafar, show writer, head of Amazon Prime India, and producer.

But the trouble still exist for the web series launch in other states as an FIR has been registered in MP as well.

So, the controversary continues and everyone has to wait longer to resolve the whole issues.
