Lakhimpur Kheri Violence ‘Pre-Planned Consipracy’, SIT Demands ‘Murder Charges’ On Accused

Special Investigation Team probing the Lakhimpur Kheri Violence Case in which 8 people died has revealed a shocking truth. It was not an accident rather a pre-planned conspiracy by the accused. Around 14 people including the son of Union Minister Ajay Mishra was arrested earlier.

Now, the cops involved in the investigation urged the court to modify the charges to Section 307, Section 326, 34, and 3/25. All these accounts to murder charges and actions that were made intentionally to hurt someone.

An application for the same has been submitted before the CJM for new charges and removal of sections 279, 338, and 304A. The court asked all the accused to present today in the afternoon.

Lakhimpur Kheri Violence took place on 3rd October, Sunday during the farmer protests. One of the vehicles ran over the crowd of farmers protesting against the government which killed 8 people including 4 farmers. This led to the massive nationwide outrage after which Ashish Mishra was arrested.
