The chaos ensued in the US congress as two days of voting for the speaker resulted in no end as Kevin McCarthy face a blow in his bid for the US House Speaker post.
The newly elected Republican majority in the House of Representatives is in chaos since the beginning of the new year house session in the US.
The unrelenting right-wing lawmakers showed no support for the party leader McCarthy and blocked his power in six humiliating votes. Even after the major concession he introduces to the GOP members.
Kevin McCarthy vowed to keep fighting and his allies adjourned the house again in two days, so he can collect the support of the house members.

Kevin McCarthy Speaker Bid Not Going to be Easy Journey
Kevin McCarthy is facing a hard blow in the election of the speaker.
McCarthy faces defeat in his sixth, and fifth ballots with the same 20 defectors who opposed him continuously, who are in constant support of Republican Byron Donalds of Florida.
One of the Republican representatives Victoria Spartz of India, who had supported him previously withdraw her support for McCarthy.
Republican Caucus members (far-right republican members) are completely opposed to his selection.
Representative Scott Perry of Pennsylvania, the chairman of the Freedom Caucus is not in support of him and said: “he had not met with Mr. McCarthy one-on-one since lawmakers began voting for speaker.”
Republican Anna Paulina Luna who is a clear opposer of McCathry said “There were some members that felt very disrespected,” And it pushed them into a category that — I don’t think they’ll ever vote for him.”
Kevin McCarthy is making constant efforts in order to elect a new member of the house of Representatives. But his efforts are restricted by his other party members.
Republican Matt Gaetz of Florida said “He’s a desperate guy whose vote share is dropping with every subsequent vote, “And I’m ready to vote all night or week or month — and never for that person.”
