Kashyap Patel is a US-Indian citizen attending the University of Richmond and earning a law degree from Pace University in New York and a certificate in International Law from the University College London Faculty of Laws.

In 2014, Patel became a Federal prosecutor at the Department of Justice at National Division, where prominently prosecuted many ISIS, AL-Qaeda, and other terror group members.

Patel worked as the National Security Advisor and the senior counsel for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, where he reported to the Chair Rep, Devin Nunes, R-Calif.

In his role, he uncovered the Russian interference in the 2016 US elections and unlawful surveillance of the Trump campaign by the Department of Justice.

During the first term of Trump, he served as the US National Security Council official, senior advisor to the acting Director of National Intelligence, and the chief of staff to the acting United States Secretary of Defense.

As the attorney of the national intelligence and country’s security service, he always sees the FBI and Department of Justice as a threat to the country. Due to his attitudes towards the bureaucracy, he wrote a book in 2023 called “Government Gangsters: The Deep State, The Truth and the Battle for Our Democracy, which is based on “ the major players and tactics within the permanent govt bureaucracy”.

Trump is back in his second term, no doubt he win this time with a sharp margin. Now Trump is making the USA his “ MAGA Diaspora.”He is now considering his second return as the public will and begins his action to elect the most controversial nominee into the important departments of the country.

His choice of Kash Patel is objected to by many FBI officials as they think that he’ll not serve the country’s purpose to stand against crime and counter-terrorism but to serve whatever Trump wants.

Kash Patel’s bid for the director of the FBI already generated irks amongst many people in the bureau. His selection of Kash Patel makes a way to silence his senior GOP leaders who are against his political decisions.

But his decision to choose Matt Gaetz as the Attorney General fell flat as the senate voted against him, but he didn’t flinch as he brought another one of his staunch supporters who will help to fulfill his MAGA world policy is the Pam Bondi, who got the support of senate.

Trump has been seeing the FBI as a threat to the USA and the people of law enforcement as corrupt and paranoid. Now Kash Patel is leading the FBI, so Trump will easily break the basic principles of the FBI. Many of the main key figures would likely resign as now the FBI will see the shift in its basic working principle, Now whoever criticizes Trump will face scrutiny by the Federal agency.

Now Trump in his second term comes back with a great strategy to take control of the three key departments of the USA: FBI, Federal Court, and National Intelligence so he can fulfill his agenda to build a Mexican wall, thrash out the immigrants, and many other things.

Now we can see the Trump era is back with full power, but is the US the world’s largest democracy now on the path of becoming an authoritarian country??
