The first look of Kangana’s much-awaited military film ‘Tejas’ is out today. In the poster, Kangna Ranaut is looking courageous and strong as an Airforce Pilot against the background of a fighter plane.
Her team took to the official Instagram handle to reveal the poster of her forthcoming movie with a caption;
“For all the brave-hearted and strong-headed women in Uniform who make sacrifices for our nation day in and day out… Kangana to play an airforce pilot in her next, titled – TEJAS, (sic)” the caption reads.

The movie is directed by Sarvesh Mewara and produced by Ronnie Screwcala. The Lady Don of Bollywood will be seen playing a character of the Indian Air Force Pilot.

Kangna Ranaut’s last movie, Panga, failed to create a buzz on the silver screen, regardless of an outstanding performance by the lead actor and the co-actors like Neena Gupta, Richa Chaddha and famous Punjabi singer Jassie Gill.

Irrespective of Panga’s performance, Kangna is all set to impress the audience by her forthcoming movie ‘Tejas.’ In a media interaction, She spoke regarding her dream to play the character of a soldier in a film and her obsession with the Armed forces since childhood.

“I’ve always wanted to play a soldier and have been fascinated with the Armed Forces since childhood. I’ve never held back my emotions for our jawans and spoken openly about how strongly I feel about their heroism. They keep our country secure and our people safe. So, I’m thrilled to be doing this film,” Kangna had said.
She thanked the director and producer of the film for giving her the chance to portray such an impactful role.

Aside from Tejas, Kangna will be seen in movies like Dhaakad and Thalaivi. Dhaakad is an action-packed entertainer in which Kangna fans will see her in a fresh look with machine guns. Whereas, Thalaivi is a biopic of Jayalalithaa, former CM of Tamil Nadu. The movie is to release in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
