Yesterday’s first Interview of US Presidential Democratic Candidate Kamala Harris and his vice president ally Tim Walz with the CNN Journalist Dana Bash was so anticipated and intense that everyone was waiting for some direct questions from the interviewer, but it did not happen as Vice President Kamala Harris deftly answers some hard hitting question aimed at her.
Kamala Harris talks about many of her upcoming stances if she is elected as the President of the United States how she dealt with the issues of border, economy, stand for the current tension among Middle Eastern countries, and fracking in Pennsylvania.
The most important issue that has become the point of debate among political analysts is the ban on fracking. Before turning the page toward the key points, we are going to discuss what is Fracking and why it became so popular after the most-watched CNN interview
What is Fracking? Why did Kamala Harris say that She Will Not Ban Fracking?
If any of you don’t know about Fracking, it is the method of extracting crude oil from the bore or bed of rocks so the oils, petroleum, and natural gas flow above the surface.
Kamala Harris is an avid stand-out activist who never supported fracking in his law career due to erosion and environmental concerns, In her yesterday interview she said that she wouldn’t ban fracking if she became President.
She said “As vice president, I did not ban fracking. As president, I will not ban fracking.”
Her remarks for many political analysts the political gain, her answer is completely opposite of what she said during the 2019 climate change event “There’s no question I’m in favor of banning fracking, and starting with what we can do on Day 1 around with public lands.”
Many oil industrialists think that she would take a hard stand against them given her career record of taking strong action against big oil corporations like Chevron and Plain All American Pipelines for mishandling hazardous materials.
But today’s words will be simple to win the swing state Pennsylvania, which is dependent heavily on the oil industry.
Kamala Harris Highly Supportive of Presiden Biden
In the interview, she didn’t even once object to the Biden policies. It looks like she was supporting and praising. She is in the same shoes as the President like his stand on Gaza and Israel, the emigrant situation, the Mexico border, and fracking in Pennsylvania.
In one of the moments when Dana Bash asked her whether she had any regret supporting Mr. Biden’s fitness to serve in the second term, she clearly said no. She deftly answered the question and said “I’m so proud to be running with Tim Walz for president of the United States and to bring America what I believe the American people deserve, which is a new way forward, and turn the page on the last decade of what I believe has been contrary to where the spirit of our country really lies.”
Kamala Harris Hunting for Republican Votes
Since she has been chosen as the candidate for the Democrats, she is taking every move very carefully for her political stand. On Thursday she clarified that she would allow Republicans on her cabinet. Unlike her predecessors both Biden and Trump who run the cabinet with their own party people.
President Obama offered the Transportation representative post to Ray LaHood of Illinois and President George W. Bush Put Democratic Norman Y. Mineta in the same post.
Kamala Harris Says No About Her Race-Related Question
When Dana Bash shot the direct question about her race, which is the main propaganda of Trump in his election campaign to destroy the Kamala Image by saying she will consider herself the first black American woman to be elected as the US President.
She disregarded that claim and said “Same old, tired playbook, Next question, please.”
That interview shows that the interview was not scripted, and Kamala Harris instead of giving clear answers manipulated some of the answers and didn’t give a chance to her interviewer to extract some of her future plans of action.
