The Itel S25 Ultra 4G is set to officially launch soon, as its price, key specifications, and design details have surfaced online via alleged marketing images. The leaked promotional material suggests that the phone will come in three color options.
The Itel S25 Ultra 4G features a triple camera unit at the back and a hole punch cutout on the display. It is said to feature the Unisoc T620 SoC and up to 8GB of RAM. The Itel S25 Ultra 4G is expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The tipster claims that the 4G handset will be priced under Rs 15,000 in India or $160 (roughly Rs. 13,500) in other markets.

According to the itel S25’s official Shopee listing, its starting price is PHP 5,799 for the base variant 8+128GB. It is currently in pre-order status.
The vanilla S25 launch date is set for November 8, while the S25 Ultra will arrive on November 10.
The renders show the Itel S25 Ultra with a hole punch display design in Black, Blue, and Titanium colours. The phone seems to have a triple rear camera unit on the top left corner. The sensor arrangement could be similar to the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.
