Ramayana was first written by Saint Valmiki in Treta Yuga, dating back between 1500 to 500 BC. And according to the book, Lord Rama was born in 5114 BC and ruled his kingdom for thousands of years.

Getting back to the topic, Valmiki wrote it in form of Sanskirt “Slokas” which were very typical to read and understand.

Only a few intelligent people were able to understand the book at that time. So, normal humans only knew the story that they heard from their Gurus.

But the actual Valmiki Ramayan is way more than just a story of Rama and Sita. It also possesses vast theories about different topics, which turns out very helpful in the modern world.

Even scientists also took references from Ramayana and other Vedas to figure out some unsolved mysteries of the world.

So, why would anyone write a lie in a book whose teachings have never turned wrong?

He created it in the form of Chaupais (a poem) and focused only on the story of Sita-Ram. He also changed so many things in the book.

So the point is, there can be some possibilities Ramayan possess some fictitious events due to its recreation and being spread orally for a long time.

But it does not mean that our Lord Ram never existed. Here are some archaeological facts that prove Ramayana is a real history, not a myth.

When the Institute of Scientific Research on Vedas checked this planet’s condition on their planetarium software, it gives the date as 10th January 5114 BC.

And the best part is According to the Indian calendar, the date falls on the 9th day of Chaitra. So if Ramayana is a myth, how can Valmiki be this much accurate?

Some people can still say it’s a coincidence, so here is one more thing. This coincidence happens with all the dates mentioned in Ramayana including Lakshman, Bharat, and Satrughan’s birth dates.
