The iQOO 13 is expected to officially launch in November. However, the Vivo sub-brand is yet to confirm when the successor to the iQOO 12 will be announced, but we already know quite a bit about the flagship. Recently, we got a new photo showing the front design of the iQOO 13. The latest render is reportedly a direct capture of the phone’s display. It is expected to be one of the first smartphones to pack the unannounced Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor.

Display: It is expected to feature a 6.7-inch 2K BOE display with a 144Hz refresh rate. In comparison, the iQOO 12 has a slightly larger 6.78-inch panel.
Processor: The phone may use the next Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, which will likely be called the Snapdragon 8 Elite. The phone may feature a new VC cooling system and a single-layer motherboard. There may be an IP64 rating for water and dust resistance and an ultra-sonic fingerprint sensor for security.
RAM/Storage: Up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
Camera:Â It may feature a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary camera, a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP Sony IMX826 telephoto lens. In comparison, the iQOO 12 has a 50MP Omnivision OV50H, a 50MP ultrawide sensor, and a 64MP 3x OmniVision sensor.
Battery: The flagship may feature a 6,150mAh battery and 100W fast charging. In comparison, the iQOO 12 has a 5000mAh cell with 120W fast charging
iQOO 13 5G: Official design
The teaser above shows the iQOO 13 5G with flat sides and a small cutout for the selfie camera. In comparison, the iQOO 12 has a much bigger cutout for the selfie camera and thicker chin bezels. With the iQOO 13, the brand is finally introducing symmetrical bezels.
The iQOO 13 5G will launch in China on December 9 and the global version will go official in late December or Q1 2025.
