According to a report by Cricbuzz, Cricket South Africa has ordered its players to return home by 26th May. Let us tell you, a total of 20 players from South Africa are playing in IPL 2025, out of which 8 players have been selected in the South Africa team for the final of the World Test Championship. South Africa Cricket wants these 8 players to return home by 26th May. So that they can get rest time before the final of the World Test Championship.
South Africa Cricket said that the initial agreement with IPL and BCCI was that the final will be held on May 25, our players will return on the 26th so that they get enough time before we leave on the 30th. But now the final match of IPL 2025 will be played on June 3. That is, these 8 players may be out of the playoff matches, which will be a big setback for their teams.
