Infosys, the world’s third largest IT service brand, has made a profit of Rs 6,806 crore in the third quarter of the financial year 2024-25. It has increased by 11.4% on an annual basis. In the same quarter a year ago, the company had a consolidated net profit of Rs 6,106 crore.

The company generated a revenue of Rs 41,764 crore in the October-December quarter. It has increased by 7.6% on an annual basis. A year ago i.e. in Q3 FY23-24, the tech company had generated a revenue of Rs 38,821 crore. Revenue is the money received from selling goods and services.
Before the quarterly results, Infosys stock closed at 1,920 today (Thursday, January 16) after falling 1.52%. In the last one month, the company’s stock has fallen by 3.03%. While in 6 months it has risen by 11.24% and in one year it has risen by 17.68%. The company’s market cap is Rs 7.98 lakh crore.
